The only reasons for the low scores, is because I didn't receive the items, so I cant honestly rate them, or the overall experience until I see if they are replaced. The box was not sealed correctly from Collectionsetc.com, making this a problem from the warehouse.
I only received 4 of the 11 items ordered. I called and was told the items not received were reordered, but after 9 days, saturday and Sunday included, I have not received the items yet. I am giving it another 3 or 4 days, and then I will be calling again. If I get my items, I will be a very happy customer of Collections etc, because these are my grandchildrens' Christmas presents.

The items I ordered were initially on back order and was given a date when they would ship. I called on that day the tracking information said they had not shipped so I called company. I was told they would ship the next day. I checked online it still showed not shipped. When I called the operator told me I guarantee you will get them today by the end of the day I promise. I did not. When I called I asked to speak to a supervisor. They apologized profusely told me they would issue me a $10 credit on the original order. I got a text message saying you have a $10 credit on your next order, the credit expires October 30th, today is the 25th. I will not nor will I ever order from this company again. Extremely dissatisfied.
