One of the Treasure Chest's was broken. I believe it lacked so of its packing.
I will start with the positive. Great selection in almost every category. All items received in a timely manner and in good shape.(Hopefully, did not open all) Pricing reasonable.
Few issues, one product I sent a negative comment and ignored.
I liked one product so much I ordered it a few days after receiving original, and it had gone up $2.00. I contacted the company about increase and again ignored. Obviously I did not re-order. Customer service needs improvement in response to customer inquiries.
Easy to place orders & navigate your system. I have shopped Collections, Etc. several times & have always been pleased with the items ordered.
Received all items ordered. Was satisfied with all, but one item. The shoulder sling was small. Unable to use, but will keep. Someone else maybe able to use it.

Even after I received my order I keep getting notifications from PayPal that the total of my order has changed... again. It doesn't decrease, it goes up. I like the products, but I'm not sure if I will order again.
I have been shopping Collections for years and I'm sure I will be shopping with them for years to come. I love each and every thing I have ever purchased from them. Anywhere from outdoor items to my new butterfly decorated bathroom. I've also purchased many outdoor items from them for gifts and all that received them love them too!
