Poor quality item. On receipt there were 12 flowers off wreath laying in bag.

My experience was very favorable. My order arrived in just a week maybe and I loved the stuff I purchased.

Finally received my order.But one pair of stocking came with a hole in the middle of the stocking.Since it took awhile to get my order I decided not to send them back due to the wait time I experienced

It was necessary to call the shipping dept. in order to get my items resent. After tracking the items I found out they were sent back to Collections & had to request them to be resent. It took 3 weeks for my package to arrive.

The two items that I returned were a garden whirly-gig, it didn't have all the parts to put it together. The other was the fake spider plant for outside. They were very spindly and even all 3 plants together did not make one good one! The other thing I ordered was planting bags for tomatoes. I haven't used them yet, but hopefully they will work out ok.

Everything that I ordered arrived in good shape and was a good value.

5 Star experience. I have ordered all kinds of things for bathroom sets, curtains, yard things. Am always satisfied.

I sent an email recently but have not heard back.
The initial order was fine but when I finally had time to try on boots they were to small. I normally wear a 8 1/2 to a 9 but these fit more like an 8. Must run small
