We were very pleased with the items

I didn't have any problems, but I wonder why I was charged sales tax on this order and I wasn't on my previous order. They are both being shipped to the same address.

So happy to find these towels.

I was completely satisfied with the products I received quality, price and service. My one complaint was with the person I talked to when I placed my order. I couldn't understand here. I asked her to slow down. She was rude. Read from a script

The reason I rated my order a '4' is because I first I got an email saying the item was out of stock and they would notify me if it came back in stock. Then I got a notice it was shipped and sure enough, my rugs were delivered. Just confusing to me and guess someone else was confused too.

I had purchased two other quilts and very satisfied. The Christmas one was very thin and no pattern on the other side.
