Between the "processing fee" (remember the old days of "shipping and handling"? It's been years since I paid anyone a fee), which will likely keep me from using Collections Etc. again, but I may give them another chance, I'm not sure, and the ridiculous amount of time it took to receive it, (well over two weeks) the experience was not a very smooth one. I have only had the items for a couple of days and two of the three are Christmas related, so I can't speak yet to them. The AC cover is OK, but not as good quality wise as I would have expected. All in all, a very, very average experience at best.
