I ordered a clock for my bathroom which is decorated with Butterfly decor. I saw the Butterfly clock in the Collections Etc. catalog and knew that it was a perfect fit. I ordered it and am very happy with it. I have never sent anything back as I have been happy with my orders.

So disappointed in the quality of recliner seat protectors. Cannot use them because they are so cheaply made. Crinkle sound when sitting on them, with every move made
I ordered 2 curtain rods at an ok price but by the time shipping and fees were added it was way over the range i wanted. However I was out of time and went ahead and ordered. A cpl days later I get an email with a free shipping promo for NEXT order. Id rather have applied to this order and kept my business!
The colors in the finial werent very close to the pic & that was the main reason I selected this rod. Ive called to ask if i could possibly exchange just the finials for a different pair that fit same rod but so far nobody returns my msg.
The quality seems fine. Nicely packaged but it should be for the extra shipping fees!
I only wish there was not another charge after my total was already finalized. I will try to order by mail next time.

I placed an order about a week ago and it already arrived. They have great customer service (known from past experiences). The quality of the items isn't great, but for the price they're pretty good. About what you'd expect with all items coming from China. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. I'd like to see a lot more "Made in USA" items in your catalogs! I'd be willing to pay more just for that.
