I appreciate the orderly experience when selecting an item; i.e. Your web is programmed to take the buyer back to the 'last' selected item rather than at a 'start' category. Thanks.

Have shopped collections etc for years (even before I had computer) and had very few problems. When there was a problem it was dealt with in a timely manner, and to my satisfaction. Will continue to shop here as finances, and availability of products I have use for, permit.

I would like to leave a rating without having to fill out these comment boxes. I hate that I cannot rate without doing this.

This is my first time ordering and it was an easy process.

I was disappointed that the wall decor is smaller than portrayed...but it is still beautiful. I was wanting a larger canvas though.

As expected. I always enjoy the products I select.

The product was not as advertised. No lights in areas that were shown & wasn't bright at all. Bought as gifts, not sure I will give them.

Items were excellent. I was disappointed that Ther was a shipping charge. The advertisement was somewhat misleading. I toothy sniping was free. It wasn't.

Ordering was really easy and I was given several payment options. Once my order was placed I was informed when it was shipped and received my order within a week. I record all products that were requested and did not have to return anything.

I enjoy shopping this web site always find new products for gifts or to use around the house. I recommend this site to my friends and family.
