When I received my chair covers, I was very disappointed. They were so cheaply made, rolled in a little ball and were very wrinkled...really awful! I returned them but haven't heard from your company. It will be a long time, if ever, that I order from Collections again unless you start having better merchandise.
The items were okay, just cheaper than I thought they would be. The towel set had really small towels and the top was just a really thin T-shirt material.

I have been a customer for some years now and I am very satisfied with the service and products I have received thus far. There was a time where my order was mixed up with someone else in another state but it was taken care of. I do hate there is other fees added on besides shipping and handling and taxes, what a boomer, which makes your total go up even futher that's why at times now I really consider whether or not I should buy when I see something I like.
I find nice things at reasonable prices and good service is also appreciated!

As to the other garment you sent me (WHICH I DID NOT ORDER), i was disgusted and could not believe you would send me something like it (a tee shirt with the logo "A day without weed". I do not and never have used marijuana or any other narcotic and never will and I'm really upset that you would send anything that a customer has not ordered especially the garment you sent to me. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME ANYTHING I DID NOT ORDER AGAIN.
