I ordered an beautiful lavender chenille king size bedspread & 2 shams. I loved it so much, I ordered another one to have as a spare. I put it away and went to use it today and they had sent a Queen size. Naturally I was told it is past their 60 day return policy. I assumed they had not made a mistake and sent me what I had ordered. The spread is brand new in the original packaging that just needs to be exchanged for what I ordered. I am very disappointed in their lack of help after being a loyal customer for several years!
