Had what I wanted and was received in a timely matter.
I have been dealing with Collections for at least 10 years, ordering items 2 or 3 times a year. Orders have always been delivered timely and in perfect condition. I do my ordering online so I do not have much interaction with the representatives. I have needed to contact them only on two occasions that I can recall, once by phone and once by email. Both times I have had very pleasant experiences with the representatives and the issues were resolved satisfactorily.

When I called to find out where my order was the girl I was talking to didn't seem to have any knowledge about my order.
My son and daughter in law needed new window treatments for their apt. They liked the insulated half drapes in the Collections catalog so I bought them for their Christmas present. The price was good, the only drawback being that they needed 36in. And the drapes only came in 45in. I will shorten them for them later.
I was disappointed that one of my items that was a Christmas gift is back ordered. Otherwise, everything was great and delivered in a timely fashion.
Sale Prices match quality of items I ordered.
When I placed my original order, after I received it, some items had not been taken into consideration.
I had to try to order them again---by then they were no longer available.
Items were still on the catalog on line but were no longer available.
In the end, after I made some modifications by ordering different items, everything came out OK.
Not really a complaint. I guess I just have to place my orders a lot earlier.
