I create an account and received an email stating free shipping and 10% off. When I first reviewed my cart it did apply the promotion, however, when I continued shopping and went back to my cart, it was no longer there. I tried multiple time to get it back on there using the promo code listed in my email. Just kept saying error occurred. So, I ended up using a different promo advertised on the website. Already frustrated.
I have called twice to get a return label as the bear foot stool is too small. I called the same day when the order was delivered. The lady said it would go out the next day. I had to call again on Dec.28 and gentleman said it would cost me $7.00 for him to mail me a label. I am home bound due to my health so if I could go to work I could print my own label. So I guess this means I will not be ordering anything for a while since I have to pay to return your merchandise
