What I saw was what I got.

Did not receive an item I ordered instead got something totally different. Of the other three pieces I ordered, one of them was definitely a "seconds" because of the way the waistband was finished.

Ordering was simple until checkout--I wanted to use my debt card and it refused so used my credit card.

Never received an email that the order was received or that it was shipped. But I got it in time for Christmas.

Waiting to form an opinion

Keeping better control as to how items are delivered. Claiming that packages are delivered and how should be required of transaction. Do not leave package out in front of door. If a porch is avaible, the items it should be placed inside door. Leaving outside door its open for someone can take it or people coming outside could trip and hut them self.

Scatter rugs were just what I wanted and the toys were perfect for my granddaughter

The product I ordered came fast and in good condition. I will order more items from CollectionsEtc in the future.
