Found all that I needed and all was in stock! This is my usual experience with Collections!

When I received the swing cabinet I ordered not all of the hardware was included, when I called customer service all they could do was give me a $10.00 credit to buy more from you. I had the option to return it, I think I should have been credited $10.00 to my credit card because we had to go by hardware and a hook because it would not stay closed! I will not be ordering from you in the future. Your policy are not fair ones.

TRYING to activate PROMO Code required a split screen "trick"... it didn't work out...

Great - loved the prices and ease of ordering

The quality of the products is very good. I ordered bedroom slippers and I have to return them because they are too small. I also ordered a fleece wrap and I have to return it because of the way it is made, there are 2 zippers and the bottom part is too long and I keep tripping over the bottom.
I have had the flu and I'm just getting over it. As soon as I'm well I will ship everything back.

Overall, my shopping experience went well. All of the items that I was looking for were available.

One item was broken upon arrival but customer service is replacing it.
