When I called there was some issue with Collections Inc. not connecting to my paypal and pulling the money so the only way to fix it was cancel my order and do the order again, so I lost money because the promo codes I had used previously had expired!

It seems you were having problems with your website and I got duplicate orders it said didn't go thru try later and I did then I get billed for duplicate order, called and you said only one went thru not true so I had to contact my card company and one order was not placed and I never received. I also didn't get a lotion on the duplicate order. This is the first time I have had trouble with your website if I remember correctly.
