I ordered a queen size quilt and got a twin size I called three times to get them to send me the right quilt I'm waiting to see if it comes in 7 to 10 days and I should not be charged again if I have to call again someone is getting a dam earful this is ridiculous

I have purchased many items from Collections over many years. I every much like the wide variety of items, the reasonable prices and the efficient and timely shipping.

Easy to order and set up account

Felt order took too long despite the holidays using Fedex and the post office. The sale was not as low as I though it would be for an after Christmas seasonal item

When delivered the package was left next to a sprinkler and half of the product was ruined. Stupid delivery driver
