Collections does seem to "gouge" their customers with shipping charges during off seasons. They should look into more economical ways to ship.
Everything went smooth No hassles
Was making an order because I wanted a certain item. Said there was 1 available but when checking out said was out. Took over a half hour to place my order and didn't even get the one thing that I was trying to order in the first place. Check out always seems difficult. But have always loved this company. Just very frustrated.
