I like the products and the price.

The products arrived in a timely manner. There were some missing pieces.

Browse catalog. Click on website. Done! Can't be easier

Clothing items were too small and when I returned them, the package was returned to me by the post office. The return label was addressed to me instead of Collections, Inc.! When I called about it, the representative was lackluster, and said the return label would cost $7.99. Outrageous! The items were only $12.98. My refund would be a pittance. Returns should be free.

I've ordered several times and never been dissatisfied. Always easy to order and fast delivery.

I was satisfied with the products but I ordered the wrong size robe/duster and returned it. I am not waiting for the correct, I hope, size which I know may take a little while.

The discounts, free shipping and delivery were great. Am still waiting on a backorder item!

Very easy to find what you need!

I love the products and the prices. I'm not happy that they charge a shipping AND a separate handling fee. Even if you are supposedly getting free shipping you still pay a separate handling charge. Most other companies don't do that.
