Have ordered the same item twice with the same "non delivery". Why? Because you say the credit card company refused my charge; my credit card (PayPal) has both payments on "hold" until item is shipped. Catch 22. I contact your customer service department by phone the first time and was told my order was cancelled. I'm puzzled by that response because I definitely didn't cancel it. So I ordered it again - same result - no delivery. I contacted the customer service department by email with no response. While I've considered ordering a third time using a different card, I've given up and decided not to reorder -- I can't abide companies who can't bother to respond to customers. I understand there is a pandemic going on and that staffing is limited at best. But you had time to send this survey. Could you have taken the time to contact me to get this settled? I now throw your catalogs in the recycle bin without looking through it. Buh Bye.
The Easter wreath, yellow and purple spring wreaths and Fourth of July Wreaths were just beautiful! I'm so happy I ordered through here because the prices were great. I was skeptical thinking they were going to be small but they were full size and packaged nicely to reuse when not hanging.
