Collections had a problem with my PayPal payment. Had to cancel order and payment request to PayPal. Reordered with Discover. Shouldn't have happened. The payment was waiting to be transferred from PayPal to Collections. Your people did not handle the transaction properly.

This item was on back order when I ordered it and was informed that it would be available the first week in April. Received it today, April 3,2020.
Order #*******. Fleece lined winter boots-women's, size 8, Item #*******. Originally ordered on 12/4/19 as a Christmas gift. Returned for an even exchange for size 10. Received the size 10 on or about 1-24-2020. Boots were worn 3 times and the soles ripped away from the bottom of the boot. It took some time to get the damaged boots back from the person I bought them for due to COVIT-19 issues. On 4/1/2020, I called your 800 number to request a refund. The rep's name was Heather. She told me to discard the damaged boots. She told I would receive a credit on my account, and I would receive an email with the credit within 24 hours. I still have not received the email with the credit information.
