I've always been satisfied with your oroducts
The miniature roses I ordered were received with not nearly enough soil on the roots and were completely dried out. The day I got them I immediately transplanted them into a larger pot with fresh quality potting soil and watered them. I placed them outside in the mild weather we had at the time and the next day they both looked worse. Now both have died, I will NEVER order anything of this nature from your company again. The remainder of the order was satisfactory.
