Love shopping with you

It was easy to place the order. I have never ever paid a processing fee shopping online. I will think twice before a place another order.

Item purchased is supposed to promote weight loss. So far it hasn't.

Always a first class experience -

I had no problems with placing the order and the slipcovers come quickly. The slipcovers are what I order. We have three dogs and need this slipcovers to protect our furniture. We are please with the slipovers.

Lost packages was very aggravating to try and track them in between fedex u.s.p.s and collection etc but finally packages were delivered first time I was disappointed with the delivery service from collection etc

The prices would not consistent. The price on the page that I ordered from, was not the same on my cart. I tried calling customer service and they said they were closed.

Received the items as ordered, well packed, in reasonable amount of time.

The comforter set is very nice. No complaints about that. My problem is I was supposed to receive a 10% discount promo. They lied about it just to get me to sign up for their emails. Not something a reputable site would do. Definitely impacts my thoughts of future purchases. I think I'll go elsewhere.
