I placed my order from the email advertising free shipping. After completing the order, I noticed that I was charged for shipping. I called customer service immediately. I could barely understand the young man as his English was very poor. He said he would cancel the order. I asked for a confirmation number and he said it would be emailed to me. That was never received. I placed the order again. When I received the order, I saw that I was charged for shipping. I did not want to go through the hassle of calling again, so just let it go.
Not very happy with your customer service right now. Suggestion: Please do not have employees with poor English speaking skills on the phone.
