At the top of the screen it said free shipping if you purchased 2 items but I got charged $7.99 for shipping. I have purchased many items from your company and have always been satisfied could you check on this please. Thanks

It is now April 16th, 2020 and my great-granddaughters still haven't received the books I ordered on March 23rd. Account said they were shipped but there isn't any tracking number listed for me to check the progress.
The can organizer was hard to set up, some of the prongs wouldn't go in. One of the prongs I bang so hard with my hand it came off and I tried glue it but would not stay. I finally taped it with black duct tape and it stayed. The rolling organizer was fine.
The shell wreath is gorgeous, but three of the starfishs' tips were broken off and a few small shells came loose. Just glued them back on. Everything is fine. Very fast delivery!

Anyone could have taken it
The shopping was easy however product didn't state whether or not it's washable, had to call and they "thought" it is but weren't sure. Need more information on description. Also this product was from China which was never stated in description and it was only "dry clean", not washable at all. Had I known these things I would not have ordered!
I chose the rug because it is machine washable. It is not as thick as I'd hoped for. The pattern is nice but the thickness is less than expected.
Love everything you have to sell, except the products I bought this time weren't painted right, very sloppy.
