I contracted customer service to confirm cancellation of an order for a large puzzle tray which was never submitted. I ordered the item from Collections direct from Amazon because of shipping costs and delivery. I did NOT submit the order I was considering from Collections, however, it was submitted to my Paypal account anyway.

Took about 2 weeks to get the monitor, fed x had it first, then it went to postal service for delivery. Came in package about 12 x15 inches, which helped ensure the small o2 monitor didn't get lost. It came from Illinois to central MO.

Overall, service was ok. I had an issue with one item where 2 were ordered in error. Noone could fix it and credit me. I tried contcting Customer Service immediately when I found the error, to find it closed. By the time someone got back to me, it was "processed" and too late. Yet, it didn't even ship until 4-5 days later, and way over a week since the purchase. I was told I could return the extra one, but I would have to pay. I ultimately kept it and gave it as a gift. It wasn't worth the hassle.
In general, I like shopping at Collections, ETC, but the shipping takes a LONG time. Thank you!
