It came quick enough. But 1 item is being shipped later and one product was defected when received. Called customer service, was told I would receive a email credit, but haven't seen as yet.

I really enjoy shopping with Collections ETC. It's easy & fun & I usually find exactly what I'm looking for.
Most everything I ordered was perfect and worked great for my mother's day gifts. However one item I received was broken. I have attempted to contact customer support twice now regarding this item and still no reply.
Other than the poor response everything was great

I have shopped your cat. For years and love items. One Item I was unable to add is Colorful sun Wall Decor for $12.99. Order kept saying the #335-62-******* was incorrect. You Can add to this order with correct cat. Number. I t is on page 23 of summer 2020.
