Very disappointed in shipping actually my shipment was returned because of FedEx could not leave my package on my porch because of my driveway but had not even attempted to call and let me know I had to track it down and once I did be caught it before it was coming back to the shippers and got them to leave it at my mailbox which I was very disappointed in the Box was deformed and the stuff was damaged nothing though that wasn't fixable but shipping sucked

When I received my lily of the valley, they were all dead. I expected them to be in better condition. Dead flowers don't look good in my yard.
I am satisfied with the products and the price of each item. My complaint is the packing! The items were throw in the box loose and only 1 piece of tape holding the lid together. The delivery man said that was how he received the box. Please make sure the items are secure in the box with plenty of wrapping and the lid is secure for mailing.
