I was very satisfied with the purchase I bought until I found missing parts and it was corrected very fast and properly and yes I would definitely purchase from collection and would also recommend my friends.

Easy shopping and ordering. Love shopping on line rather than the stores or calling on phone.

A few of the items did not work. I called Customer Service, and they replaced these items quickly and without any problems. I have been ordering from Collections for years and cannot complain about their service.

Fast easy good quality and reasonable price

I shop a lot during the year from Collections and the only thing I was not happy with is the lighted snow man, the lights didn't work so I bought another set then I set it outside and the wide tore it to shreds so unfortunately I had to through it away. Everything else I have purchased has been great
