This my second order the only problem so far is that it takes too long for delivery was 10 days the last time hope this one is quicker thank you

I love your products so much that I end getting stuff that I have bought for myself for my daughter and also several of my friends. They usually always love your items too.

I like your products but was very unhappy with the way the topiary tree that I ordered arrived. I contacted customer service right away and was given a complete refund because the tree was all bent and unusable. I didn't even have to send it back, even though I can't use it. I was very pleased with the way customer service handle the situationl.

I received a damaged footstool. I called customer service to ask about exchanging for another one and was told to just dispose of the damaged one and the new one would be shipped out at no charge. Three days later my credit card was charged for another footstool.
When I called customer service a second time the charges were removed. I have yet to see that on my statement.

Never received an answer on the items not shipped sent three emails and not one answer...

Everything was great except the decoration for in top of the toilet the self adhesive it doesn't stay
