Quick & easy, all but 1 item in stock, but, that 1 item is on backorder. As of now I've received all the items I ordered.

To be honest, a hat that I ordered came in a completely different style than the one I ordered. The only thing similar was the color. Luckily, since it was a gift, I have another person it will be suitable for,so it is not a waste. The other items are acceptable. You get what you pay for and everything I've ordered so far has been atleast as good or better than I expected.

I had one broken item that I was able to fix. I had another item that I wanted to return so I read your return policy. I was amazed when I read that you take $7.99 off the refund amount. I don't shop with companies that have a restock fee or whatever you want to call it so that was my last order.
