Pretty quick shipping and items are described as what they are. There are wonderful items on this site.

Placed order and never heard from Collections again until this survey. The reason I placed this order online is I was going be out of town for over a week. I will contact recipient to see if the package arrived. Why is a confirmation of "delivered" not used by the company?

Using the paypal option is cumbersome and the Mastercard option always screws up with the e-mail information, so I don't use it.

The one item I ordered was a flat lighted snowman, but the description in the catalog didn't say that it was flat and I could not tell from the photo, so I believe the description should have been clearer.
