It has always been good but two product I ordered are not good. Liked the snowman but the other two items are not acceptable.
The CLEAR VISION NIGHT SCOPE does not work well and is very cheap looking. Do not like this product. It was for a Christmas gift but will not give it as it looks so cheap and receiver would not like.

Have placed many orders with you this season and each time paid your $1.95. Processing fee which I do not like. You continue to send me emails daily with specials. Yesterday it was 40% off and I was ready to send the order $62+ for yet another order but when we got down to the end, I realized you were only offering the 40% off on regular priced items and the $9.99 shipping charges never were taken off and the minimum shipping was supposed to be $19. I like.Collections but am disappointed in the. Multiple ways of getting around the specials. As many orders and as much as I have spent I should get some kind of decent reward on next order instead of all the trickery after you have said I get a special deal. I just deleted the order as I really didn't need the items any way. I was ordering because you were offering what I thought was a good offer but in reality was not a good offer.

I placed an order of personalized ornaments. After what seemed to be a substantial amount of time I received my order. With much excitement I opened the package. Oh no! I received 4 of a wrong ornament & only 1 of the ornaments I needed 4. I quickly called to reorder the correct ones. When I talked to customer service he checked my order & could see how the error could have been made. He then resubmitted the correct order without any extra charges. He explained how to remove the names & suggested I donate them to a charity. That's how more Christmas cheer is shared. Thank you.
