I got exactly what I wanted for less than I expected to pay, better quality and faster delivery than I expected to see.

I have a aunt that started collecting Santa Claus... so, I decided to get her these for Christmas... I was little scared that they won't make it by Christmas... Collections etc really did a fantastic job on getting them to me on time... I can't thank them enough... and my aunt just loved all the santa's I ordered.
I would recommend these producs to any one... :)

I always like the things I get from Collections, Etc. I do wish I could copy some of your rugs, etc. for my 1/48th scale miniatures!

Too many of the items wanted were out of stock.
Colors of items displayed in catalog and on web site did not match what I received. The parrots were dull looking and the table runner flowers were an odd shade. Would not order something like that again.

I have shopped with you guys off and on for a long time and have always been happy with the price and the product.

I have found it easy to shop here. Find some useful things as well as some fun things.

I haven't contacted customer service yet but I'm going to. One of the items still has not arrived and one item well 2 have to go back. They were the gaudiest things I have ever seen. Which is a shame because if they were like what the picture was they would have been an elegant touch to Christmas. Overall the other things I bought were very cute and enjoyed by the recipients.
