Easy shopping online. The only problem I have had is I ordered a Christmas sweatshirt in a medium and it ran very large. Otherwise, I like shopping at Collections, Etc.

I decided to order using paypal and you all could not get it confirmed, I never got my order and called you and you all said you mailed me a letter about this! Why would you not email me? It is very close to christmas, I am very upset. I called and now I have to pay out of my pocket for extra shipping. This is totally unacceatable.
