I had been looking at this lamp for a long time and was waiting for the price to fit my budget. When it did I ordered the lamp and was first pleasantly surprised that it was even nicer than in the picture and them disappointed when it had missing parts. I contacted Collections and was pleasantly surprised when they did a complete replacement of the item at no charge making the entire transaction very satisfactory to me. I will continue shopping at this wonderful company. They are the best and offer great merchandise for very low prices. I do thank them all very much, Sincerely CJay Swanson.
