Whenever I make a purchase from Collections Etc, I just about go nuts waiting for the merchandise to arrive. I just love the selection of things that are offered. I have a real fancy for the mini furniture items, so when I get a new catalog, they are the first things I look for. I had a problem with my last order and Customer Service responded promptly and resolved the issue in a flash. I will always recommend Collections Etc to my friends and family.

I have ordered many items from Collections and have been quite satisfied. Many were gifts and I have recommended many friends of Collections and their products and they are satisfied.
The table toppers that I ordered are very nice! Just perfect!
Both items ordered arrived in broken/dysfunctional condition. When I called customer service to request a label for returning them, I was told that I could order replacements or other items of the same value. The representative to whom I spoke was most apologetic and gracious until I asked for a refund which I assume she is discouraged to provide since her tone changed quite noticeably, although she did comply. The items were poorly packaged and were received "loose" in a very large mailing carton which I assume accounted for their state of disgrace. I was told that I could keep the damaged items. It will be a long while before I order from them again.
Usually the items I order from Collections are really good but I recently purchased some "rooster" kitchen drawer pulls. They looked great but were so fragile it was difficult to screw them to drawers without them breaking - I ended up having to order an extra box to make up for the ones that cracked and broke.
