I had ordered the Santa silverware holders as gift and the recipient was so pleased that I ordered the Spring theme ones for the same person. They are conversation pieces and add to anyone's table settings.
Sad to say, lately most merchandise bought were VERY UNSATISFACTORY, faulty. Non-working...

I get fed up when you offer things, then say they are Not available.
On a prior order, I tried to rate a butterfly bird feeder and was cut off. I was upset as at 72 not a strong woman, when putting it together one of the 3 legs came off in my hand. So now it will not stand up. It is very pretty so I laid it on it's side. I know your products are not expensive, but I get fed up when parts are missing, i.e. Screws, washers, etc, and some parts break very easily. But I do not give up easily I have been buying from you for years. Andria.
Several times the items pictured are not the items listed. Please correct this because it is really aggravating.
