Easy to use

Ordering can be a little complicated, as the program can be a bit confusing. However, the merchandise & prices are fabulous. The gifts I purchase are always loved! I received a new catalog today & already have items picked out for myself!

I shop with Collections very often. My experience with this company is very satisfactory and would recommend Collections to everyone. Prices are great and merchandise is nice.

I took advantage of some clearance items that I thought would make good Christmas gifts this year. I believe in picking up items that I think family will like, as soon as I see them, and these were great buys. Now all I have to do is find a place to keep them!

I didn't notice an estimated delivery date on the order confirmation. That would be helpful. Also, I was to get 10% off my 1st order when I gave my e-mail address, but after doing so, I was informed it would be applied to my next order. That was very unclear because at the end of the order, I also got a request for me to provide my e-mail address for 10% off my FIRST order.

The rubber mats are pretty to look at but smell like a room full of old tires.
I aired them out, shampooed them by hand, and am still airing them out on my front porch.
I brought them in to put in front of my fridge and in front of my bathroom sink... they leave
An awful rubber oror even after I remove them. Waste.

I feel it's like bait and switch. I get 2 or 3 emails a day but I can't order merchandise from all of them at the same time, so I can't take advantage of any of the so called offers. Very frustrating.

I like shopping on line because I can take my time and no pressure!
