I called customer service because the last two orders I submitted were cancelled with no explanation. Last year I had placed an order and paid with my debit card for the full amount. I received my order in three shipments (which was fine), but I didn't know that charges would be separated. It would not have been a problem, but my bank had issued a new card due to the Target breech on bank accounts. I received a message that you had called. I immediately called back and was told (in a rude way) that my credit card did not go though for the 14.99. I gave them my new information and thought it was settled until it came up last month in regard to my new orders. It turned out that, yes I had paid but the charge was never submitted to the bank. I am LESS than satisfied with the lack of notice that my orders were being cancelled for neglect on your part. Better communication would be imperative for a long time customer!
Great experience but I don't like paying for shipping
Everything I ordered was delivered in a timely manner. And it was just what I wanted. I'm happy with everything.
