I don't think my Promo Code worked It showed that my shipping was free after I applied the Promo Code, but when I checked out, I was charged shipping. I hoped when the bill comes through, there is no shipping charge, because if there is, then we are out of business and I will shop elsewhere after this. Unfortunately, I did get billed for shipping; I sent an email to Collections, but got no reply at all.

On the website item number 111-67-******* braided rug which comes in several colors- there is no drop down to pick the color. In order to add item to my cart I had to do a quick order and then was able to pick a color. This needs to be brought to IT's attention. Thank-you

Collections Etc is an excellent company to do business with. I have been ordering from them for a while now. Mort of what I order is good product, if I get something I am not happy with Collections makes it right. I will continue to shop with this company. I highly recommend them to others.

No problems with ordering or receiving items.

I have placed quite a few orders with Collections, Inc. Have always gotten what I have ordered and in a timely manner. Have not had any problems with the quality of any item. There are a lot of things that collections carried that I cannot find any other place and reasonably priced. I am working on another order as soon as I am done typing this.

I did not receive the promo discount of free shipping with my order. I'm not sure why but there was no place to put it on my checkout page.

Everything is usually really great from Collections BUT the caftan I recently ordered became a disappointment when piping around neck unraveled after 1 delicate wash & line dry.

I have purchased items before and have always been very satisfied. I was really happy with all my purchases this time except for a hanging flower basket. It would have been ok had there been a few more flowers in it. It was not worth the $14.99 I paid for it. I spent another five dollars to make it look fuller. I loved everything else and would not hesitate to order again.
