I love your website. Very easy to use. I love, love, love your products. Wish shipping was a little cheaper especially if you only want to purchase one or two items. Shipping is pretty high. Otherwise this is an awesome company.

I have been a customer for several years. Products are both good and quality for price.

I have been trying for weeks and I mean weeks to return two products. I don't have a printer but was told "no problem" they would mail me one. That WAS weeks ago. I have called and called but have yet to receive the label for the return. Have the people at Collections lost their minds. I have been a Collections customer for years but I am seriously thinking about that. Good luck if you have to return something.

Entire process was very user friendly. The items were delivered promptly and in good condition.
