I easily found items I wanted and had to make decisions about what I could get. Sales items ordered were at a great price for what I wanted. Items were of good quality. One item was on back order of which I knew when I ordered. It was actually shipped two weeks early! Customer Service when contacted was very helpful quickly and professionally.
I'm enjoying the rug; it's the perfect size, good quality with a no-slip back. I have had a hard time finding one in this blue color that is the right size and non-slip. Thanks again!
Back in feb. I paid off my account, then on same day a couple hours later i place an order. The next i place another order. Both orders were denigh. I called collectionsetc. Was told that paypal would'nt pay so i called paypal and they said to reorder everything. Which i did. Then the next thing i get double of everything and charge double. So i had to send back half plus pay shipping. Then i had to fight cstc. To get some of the refund back. I called paypal and they tookm over. Every thing is settle now. I will keep ordering from csetc, because i like there stuff and prices.

I placed my order and two days later received a catalogue with the same item at a lower price. I felt that I should have been given the lower price or some sort of credit,
The hair scarves (hair ties) that have very wide stretch bands for the back to hold the hair ties in place are too wide and too strong. I like the selection of colors, but believe they would be more comfortable if the stretch part was not as wide and strong.
