Usually don't have a problem when buying from Collections Etc. This last time I did. Not all of Collections fault. Box delivered was damaged, so were the items inside. But, both items were not what I expected with regards to quality. Had to return both of them. If the items were not damaged during shipping, I would have returned them anyways.
But, as usual, Collections Etc. made good for the returns and retained a happy customer!

Viewed items in catalog - ordered online. This is our preferred method. We almost never go to website to brouse.
I have always loved collections...used to order often back when it was a 9.99 catalog. However, not happy at all that there is a 20.00 rebate offer with a company that is not legit and shady. Makes me wonder about the order I just made with Collections. So I will see how this goes. And I do hope you do not share info. With other companies.
