Love this online site I was very pleased with the Graduation Frames for 2015! The only problem I have with Collections etc is that my other order of the Graduation Throws have not come, I need these before June when my Grandson's graduate. I need to know if they are coming, if not I need to cancel the order!

Collections etc. has nice things with reasonable prices and most of all they have fast delivery. They also have good quality in their merchandise.

I ordered some Curtains for my bedroom. Did not like them but are keeping them, washed them they had a rust spot did not come out. Had to iron them. Sorry about this. First time not happy. I don't like to send things back.

I have learned to check out customer reviews which saved me from purchasing something I thought looked good but would not have held up to what I wanted it for.

I ordered four lanterns that looked very nice in the catalog. When I recieved then and started putting then together the glass panels were difficult if not impossible to place in the lantern slots. Only one lantern came on after the assembly was complete. They all ended up in the trash. So much for looks

I've been a long time shopper. Always get good service, quick shipping and nice products. Customer Service is helpful if you need it.
