I was overall pleased with this order. The two items that were a little bit off. I had read in the reviews the same or similar problems. The Springtime Birdfeeder, as mentioned in the reviews, does not close right at the top & the way the tube (for seed) was assembled was improper. I did not complain about this, as I can make it work. Plus once the squirrels try to get into it...who knows what I'll find. The 2nd problem I did contact your Customer Service desk. As in the reviews, the directions for assembling the Amish Country Wagon are a bit difficult to decipher. But, the major problem was that a certain wheel axle had not been drilled out to attach the yoke for the handle. Your Representative was helpful, personable & solved the problem. Within days, I had a new one wherein the piece had the drilled out holes. She advised me there was no need to return the original, unless the new one had the same problem. We assembled this wagon & it more than meets my expectations! It is really cute! The rest of the order was great & within a week I ordered 5 additional sets of your Pretty Butterfly Garden Border & some more door mats. I've used your site for many years & love it & your customer service. Thanks & will definitely return!

I have been very happy overall. However, the last order had solar/rechargable batteries, and all three items in that order were defective. This was most unusual, as nothing had been defective before. So I was disappointed, but in general, I have really liked all my purchases before this last order.
