I love Collections Etc. and have ordered several times. They always have 5 star customer service. My best suggestion is customer must read all information completely on all items before purchasing for full satisfaction.

I like the big selection of merchandise and the discounts and the free shipping today.

Wish S&H was a bit cheaper.

I was very disappointed that many of the items I was wanted to buy are sold out. Also, I am taking a chance buying the chenille bedspread with all with negative comments. Hope I'm not sorry.

I still have not received my order! It is very frustrating to have a product be on back order, especially when I see it offered in the very next catalog, as if it is available...

So far I have loved everything I have bought. I sometimes backout an order though due to the delivery date being to far out.

All of the items that I ordered were great! They looked exactly as they appeared in the catalog. I was happy with the quality and price of the items, as well as, the fast delivery. I will definitely order from Collections again!
