Fast online thanks. Then a ghost charge to my debit card & ruined this shopping experience for me. An account I only use rarely that I have to put money into was almost overdrawn because this random charge of $127... appeared on my bank account and stayed for 6 days...Very unpleasant and not ever using this company again...ever

Easy to use and cute products you don't find other places.

Quick response to ordered items. I did have to call about a product I had ordered but it was quickly resolved by a very courteous customer care person. Very satisfied with this company.

Easy to shop, easy to return no questions asked although I like to let them know why I am returning the items. Most products are worth the money and last a long time. Collectionsetc has a good variety of items to choose from. I read the reviews. I listen to friends but usually make my own decision. So far I am happy with my experience with Collections etc.

I received a notice that the item was no longer available and given an email address to cancel the order. I sent an email with the identifying info but did not receive verification of receipt. After a couple of days, I called and the customer service person canceled it at that time.
