These plants were absolutely dead, dry (not bare root... in soil and DEAD). They were exceedingly small and spent over a week and a half in transit! UPS dropped them off to the post office! The plants were thrown into a small box with absolutely no padding so they tumbled around freely in a cardboard box. I am asking for a full refund from CollectionsEtc. You have adorable things and I was always a satisfied customer... until now. Oh, by the way, your customer service phone line is shut down so I emailed pictures. I tried to get a return label but the website refused saying plants can't be returned. I just want a full refund and you should stop selling plants.

Abundant of choices. Easy website to find what I want. Process is short and sweet. Delivery is fast and arrives earlier than predicted.
Sometimes the items are smaller than expected. My garden spinner was very disappointing. This is the only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating.
Ease of navigating through website. Wide selection & reasonable prices. Disappointed in length of time to deliver one of the items (a floral nightgown); delivery date postponed twice, which was part of a 3-item order I placed. I did receive the other two items, and at least I am not being charged for the entire order until I receive the nightgown. It's a drawback for on-line ordering.
