Always pleased with Collections orders. However, when you send these e-mails asking us to respond as to whether we received the order, it would help if you listed the merchandise on said order because I order many times from you and sometimes the items come separately. I never know which order you are referring to.

I have contracted you about the heat/massage mat which doesn't work. I have had not response from you and I want to return it. Another cheap product from China!

The only problem I had was the package condition. It was torn and pushed in. The contents were fine. But the packaging should have been sturdier

You sent the wrong size 3 sizes. Medium ordered and shipping receipt verifies it but size sent was XXL. I returned and you're charging me $8.00 for YOUR mistake!. Unfair.

The product looked nothing like the picture, it consisted of 4-5 inches looking sticks, no dried roots were seem for the price paid, and the look of the product I will never order from this company.
