I ordered a pair of Mary Jane shoes, and there hole sizes so you said to get the next sz. Up, I did that and your shoes were falling of my feet. Called customer service $7.99 for shipping label Or I can pay the postage myself. What kind of a deal is this? YOU make the mistake and I have to pay for it. If you don't turn this around you just lost a customer.
