The Solar Colorful Wine Spinner we received was a complete waste of money. The Spinner design looks good but a 40 mph wind is required for it to spin. Design is terrible.

My experience was good. I am always happy with what I order.
I have shopped with this company for many years and never had a problem until this last order. I had a feeling since most companies were closed due to the Covid crisis that maybe there would be a delay in shipping the items. Until I finished with my order did a notice pop up stating "a delay may occur". I had even added extra "express shipping". I waited over a week (which is the usual for standard shipping) before I tried to send a email to customer service. The web site just wouldn't process so I tried calling to find out no one in customer service. I waited a few more days to call again & was able to leave my number for a call back. Within 15 min someone did call. I explained the situation and the girl said I see your order has left the warehouse. Really? I had checked before calling & it said "still in warehouse". I had to repeat this is now "standard shipping" and not "express shipping" & wanted to get reimbursed. She hesitated, put me on hold and came back stating I would get reimbursed $6. So now I wait another 10 days to see if I due get reimbursed. I know this was bad timing but somewhere on the site it should have stated a delay, not wait until you paid.
The packaging was not very good as the box was opened when it arrived.I just took it in the house haven't went through it yet. I hope everything I ordered is in it.
2 items are are back order. I received all items except the 2 puzzles.

Answer: Not sure if you have already resolved this or not but customer service email fir collections etc is [email protected] They are very helpful and promptly replied to me when I emailed them. (Within less than 2 hours on a Sunday, they replied to me.)
